We believe that almost everyone participating in parkrun, whether a runner, walker, volunteer or a spectator does so with passion, enthusiasm and the best of intentions.
Whilst every event is unique, we aim to ensure that everyone participating at a parkrun receives a positive experience.
We expect everyone to abide by the relevant codes
However, sometimes things can and do go wrong and it’s important to have a defined complaints procedure to follow when that happens. Our aim is to deal with complaints in a manner, which is consistent, constructive, fair and timely.
To raise a complaint concerning anything within the UK please click here.
To raise a complaint about an event outside of the UK follow this procedure:
- Submit a written complaint via parkrun support.
- Include the word complaint in the subject field. Provide as much detail as you can focusing on facts where possible.
Your complaint will then be managed and responded to by the relevant country manager.
We will endeavour to treat complaints in confidence, however, if the subject of the complaint involves criminal allegations or raises safeguarding concerns we may share those details with the relevant statutory authorities.
