There may be times when you need to change your name on your parkrun profile, for example getting married or to create a pseudonym for anonymity. Please contact our support team directly to make this update.
If you are moving to a new country, and want to update your home event to a parkrun elsewhere, please contact our support team with the name of your new home event and we will make that change for you.
In both of these situations you need to get in touch via our contact form.
Within your parkrun profile you are able to update your email address, home event, running group/club as well as unsubscribe from our emails.
Access your parkrun profile via parkrun.com/signin
Home event
Change your home event by clicking on Update on your parkrun profile.
Email address
Change your email address by clicking on Update on your parkrun profile.We will send an email to the old address to indicate the change has been made.
Running Club
To change your running club/group click on Groups and find your club on the drop down list. If your club is not on our list please see this article to find out how to add it.
Unsubscribe from marketing emails
There is a link to unsubscribe in all of our marketing emails. Just click on this and follow the onscreen instructions.
Or head to your parkrun profile and select Email Options and click unsubscribe.
If you have any problems updating your details please check that your browser is up to date and that add blocking and pop up blockers are disabled. If this does not work then please try a different internet browser.
Linking Vitality account
To link your account click on Discovery (South Africa) or Vitality (UK) and enter your 10 digit VITALITY membership number.
Vitality points will take up to four days to reflect on your Vitality Points Tracker and your Discovery app.

Linking your Medibank account
First If you’re a Medibank member and haven’t done so already, register for Live Better rewards (within the Medibank app).br Then head to your parkrun profile and click on Medibank and enter your Medibank member details below in order to link your Live Better rewards account to your parkrun profile. You will need to enter the same email address that's used to login to the Medibank app.
