I had my barcode scanned, but I'm shown as unknown
Thank you for joining us at the weekend. Unfortunately we don't update event results at parkrun HQ. If you had your barcode scanned after the event please contact your local event team.
You can find the event team's email address at the bottom of the event's webpage and in any previous results email.
In your email, make sure you include your finish position (if you don’t know this, please give your approximate finish time if you know this), name and parkrun ID (the number under your barcode).
Please bear in mind that the local events are organised by volunteers, and they may not be able to respond immediately to your request.
Forgotten/lost barcodes, can you add my time in?
Our global policy is “No scannable barcode, no time, no exception” and all our events abide by this rule, so unfortunately we are unable to record a result for you if you participated without a barcode. Whilst we know this may be disappointing, maintaining this policy enables our volunteer teams to process results quickly in our simple and sustainable model.
If you need a new copy of your barcode please head to your profile by visiting parkrun.com/signin.
Or follow the manage my profile link in any of our newsletters and in any of your run results emails.
Why has my time / position changed?
Occasionally there will be errors in the results that we record. Whilst the event teams try to correct this before posting the results online, the error may only become apparent after the results have been posted.
If the correction causes a significant error then please get in touch with the event team via email.
In your email, make sure you include your finish position (if you don’t know this, please give your approximate finish time if you know this), name and parkrun ID (the number under your barcode).
Please bear in mind that the local events are organised by volunteers, and they may not be able to respond immediately to your request.
Can I complete multiple parkruns in a single day?
No. We will remove the second of any multiple results recorded on that day.
