We like to reward the dedication and commitment of our participants.
In the 5k series we have the 10, 50, 100, 250 and 500 clubs and colourful wristbands in the junior events.
We also have the Volunteer club which recognises any volunteer who has volunteered on at least 25 different occasions.
From 1 September, we are introducing new milestone clubs (and t-shirts) such that for every existing walking, jogging, running milestone club there will now be a volunteering equivalent (e.g. jv10, v50, v100, v250, v500). Additionally there will be a new milestone club and t-shirt for walking, jogging, running 25 parkruns (equivalent to the existing v25).
Please see the bottom of the page for more details.
Currently in the 5k series all participants who complete 50 runs are awarded a 50 Club T-shirt; those who complete 100 receive the 100 T-Shirt; those who complete 250 runs receive a 250 T-shirt; and complete 500 runs to receive the 500 T-shirt.
If you have met the given criteria (run the required number of times), you are able to claim a free milestone t-shirt. Postage and packaging applies.
Junior participants (aged 17 and under at the time of 10th run) are also awarded white 10 club T-shirts when they have completed 10 runs in the Saturday 5k events.
However please be aware that 10 club shirts are not available in South Africa, New Zealand, Italy, Canada, Singapore, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Malaysia, Japan and France.
To see a complete list of club members visit our parkrun Club Page.
Remember only the 5km parkrun series (ie. Saturday morning events) count towards your running t-shirt total. Junior events and Freedom runs do not. Your qualifying runs do not have to all be at the same event.
For the junior series colourful wristbands and certificates are awarded to those who reach the following junior parkrun club milestones:
- Half marathon club (11 runs): blue wristband and certificate
- Marathon club (21 runs): green wristband and certificate
- Ultra marathon club (50 runs): orange wristband and certificate
- 100 junior parkruns: certificate only
Wristbands can be collected directly from the junior event team and certificates downloaded and printed off by visiting the club progress tab via their parkrun profile.
Only those aged between the ages of 4 and 14 running at our junior events are eligible… so any over 14s will have to look on with envy.
Finally we have a Volunteer club that rewards anyone who volunteers on 25 different occasions at any of our events (5k or junior series).
Those who reach this milestone can claim a free 25 volunteer t-shirt. Postage and packaging applies.
For many years we have believed that participation at parkrun is equal. And that whether someone chooses to walk, jog, run or volunteer, all are welcome and we value them the same. So it’s long been a frustration that there has been only one milestone t-shirt for volunteers.
We’re excited to confirm therefore, that from 1 September, we are introducing new milestone clubs (and t-shirts) such that for every existing walking, jogging, running milestone club there will now be a volunteering equivalent (e.g. jv10, v50, v100, v250, v500).
Additionally there will be a new milestone club and t-shirt for walking, jogging, running 25 parkruns (equivalent to the existing v25).
These new milestone t-shirts will be identical to the existing milestone range (same colours and same fabric), except for the different branding depending on whether it’s for walking, jogging, running, or for volunteering.
We will also be introducing a charge for milestone t-shirts, covering the cost of manufacture and global distribution. The price of a milestone t-shirt will be the same for every parkrunner, anywhere in the world, at £15, including delivery.
By introducing a charge, we are offsetting the cost of producing milestone t-shirts, ensuring we can continue to deliver them in the future. But it isn’t a money-making exercise. We are only seeking to cover costs of production, storage, and shipping.
