Ever since January 2007 milestone t-shirts have been awarded to recognise individual participation at parkrun.
Celebrating persistence and consistency, milestone t-shirts have become immensely popular, and are an important motivating force, encouraging parkrunners to return time and again to walk, jog, run and volunteer.
The white, purple, red, black, green and blue milestone t-shirts have come to symbolise and represent sustained effort and inspirational commitment.
For participation at a 5k parkrun on a Saturday morning we offer milestone clubs (and t-shirts) whether you walk, jog, run or volunteer:
- junior 10 and v10 (under 18s)
- 25 and v25
- 50 and v50
- 100 and v100
- 250 and v250
- 500 and v500
Milestone t-shirts can now be ordered by every eligible parkrunner at the price of £14 for youth sizes and £16 for adults.
The price of each t-shirt covers the cost of manufacture and warehousing, and includes shipping anywhere in the world.
To check your eligibility and to order your t-shirt, simply login to your parkrun profile at parkrun.com, or see How do I claim my milestone t-shirt?
Due to the huge number of parkrunners who are now eligible for milestone t-shirts some sizes may become unavailable quickly. We are closely monitoring the situation and will order new stock as soon as possible so please be patient if your size preference is unavailable.
Only the 5km parkrun series on Saturday morning count towards your milestone t-shirt. junior parkrun, (not)parkrun and Freedom runs do not.
In the junior parkrun series we reward colourful wristbands and certificates to participants who reach the following milestone clubs by running, walking or jogging:
- 11 junior parkruns - half marathon - blue wristband
- 21 junior parkruns - marathon - green wristband
- 50 junior parkruns - ultra marathon - green wristband
- 100 junior parkruns - grey wristband
- 250 junior parkruns - yellow wristband
Wristbands are handed out at our junior events by the volunteer team.
Additionally, junior parkrunners can download certificates via the Milestone Club Progress tab of their parkrun profile.
Volunteering at junior parkrun counts towards the volunteer milestone clubs.
