My barcode didn't scan/register. What should I do?

Sadly this does happen from time to time. Fortunately, there is an easy fix.

Please don't contact parkrun HQ directly. This issue is handled by local event teams.

Please email your local event team, with your name, athlete ID and finish number and they will be able to add your time. You can find their email address at the bottom of the event website. You can find a complete list of our events here.

As all our results are run by volunteers who all have other commitments, they normally process corrections in one batch in the middle of the week.

Please also re-print your barcode. Please ensure that you are using good quality paper and that the print quality is at least 'standard'. Consult your printer manual for more information on this.
