Thank you for running with us at the weekend.
Occasionally there will be errors in the results that we record. Whilst the event teams try to correct for this before they post the results the error may only become apparent after the results have been posted. So please allow a day before getting in touch about incorrect results.
Unfortunately we don't update event results at parkrun HQ.
If you had you barcode scanned after the event please send your details to your local event team.
You can find the event team's email address at the bottom of the event's webpage and in any previous results email.
In your email, make sure you include your finish position, name and parkrun ID (the number under your barcode).
Please bear in mind that the local events are organised by volunteers, and they may not be able to respond immediately to your request.
If you ran without a barcode at the weekend unfortunately we operate a no barcode - no result policy, so I'm afraid you'll have lost that result. If you have been told differently I'm afraid you were misinformed. We are strict with regards to this policy as we process over 100,000 results every weekend and if we were to relax this policy it would increase the amount of work for our volunteers.
My time is showing as 59:59
We use this as a placeholder when there has been a problem with the times. By uploading this placeholder, we can at least provide each participant with a position.
Sometimes it is only a temporary problem, and we will update the results to show the correct times.
Check your event's news page and social media pages for the latest information.
