You can update most of your personal details via your parkrun profile.
However, if you need to update your name, Date of Birth or have moved country please contact us.
- If you have set a password for your profile, you can sign into your profile via parkrun.com/signin.
All parkrun ID's (barcode numbers) start with an 'A', the box is pre-filled with the 'A'. Simply type your number after the A.
You can find your barcode number under your printed barcode. See the example below.
Or in the URL on your results page (click on your name on the event results), for example http://www.parkrun.ca/results/athleteresultshistory/?athleteNumber=2691427
- If you cannot find your barcode number, or do not know it, please use the reset link to get an email containing your barcode number. You do not need to use the reset link if you know your password.

- The link to your account is also on every newsletter and results email that you have been sent. It was also on your registration confirmation email.
If you're not sure what email address you registered under, follow the steps in this article.
Once in your My Profile click on update and make your changes.
Once you have updated your details please wait a few hours before trying to print a replacement barcode.
If you have any problems updating your details please check that your browser is up to date and that all add blocking and pop up blockers are disabled. If this does not work then please try a different internet browser.
If you don't have access to the email address you used to register with parkrun, then please get in touch.
